基于用户体验的儿童可穿戴智能产品情感化设计 被引量:7

EMOTIONAL DESIGN OF WEARABLE SMART PRODUCTS FOR CHILDREN BASED ON USER EXPERIENCE

摘要 在满足用户基本需求的前提下,依据儿童生理及心理特征,挖掘潜在需求并提升使用体验,为产品设计提供理论参考和设计依据。分析在儿童可穿戴式智能产品的市场现状,归纳总结基于用户体验的儿童可穿戴式智能产品设计方案。用户体验与情感化设计原则能够帮助设计出用户易于使用、乐于使用的产品,解决儿童可穿戴智能产品设计雷同、缺乏针对性,难以满足用户需求的问题。结合儿童特征提出功能性、易用性、造型、材质、文化五点设计原则,提出五点设计原则与诺曼三层次情感化设计理论结合的方法和运用在儿童智能产品设计中的必要性。 On the premise of meeting the basic needs of users,tap the potential needs and improve the use experience according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of children,so as to provide theoretical reference and design basis for product design.In the process of designing children’s wearable intelligent products,two aspects are mainly considered:Children’s experience and emotional changes of intelligent products.Based on these two points,the overall design scheme of children’s wearable intelligent products is deeply explored.The principles of user experience and emotional design can help design products that users are easy to use and willing to use,and solve the problems that the design of children’s wearable intelligent products is similar,lack of pertinence and difficult to meet the needs of users.Combined with children’s characteristics,this paper puts forward five design principles of functionality,ease of use,modeling,material and culture,and points out the necessity of applying the five design principles to children’s intelligent product design by combining the five design principles with Norman’s three-level emotional design theory.
