摘要
目的分析某院使用脑蛋白水解物口服液的特点,讨论其临床实际应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法统计分析某院近三年脑蛋白水解物口服液处方的特点。结果6002张脑蛋白水解物口服液处方中,0~9岁儿童患者使用比例最高,占98.93%,患者临床诊断分布主要为康复医学科(小儿神经内科)92.82%、儿科(4.77%)及其他科室(2.41%)。结论某院脑蛋白水解物口服液主要应用于儿童类疾病,包括精神发育迟缓、智力低下;言语和语言发育障碍;脑性瘫痪;缺氧缺血性脑病、脑萎缩;运动障碍、肌张力异常;多动性障碍、抽动障碍;营养不良、低蛋白血症等。脑蛋白水解物为肽能神经营养药物,其临床应用领域广泛,合理使用至关重要。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of the clinical use Cerebroprotein hydrolysate oral solution in clinic Prescriptions,discuss the clinical application of Cerebroprotein hydrolysate oral solution,providing the reference for rational drug use.Methods The characteristics of the use of Cerebroprotein hydrolysate oral solution were summarized and analyzed in an outpatient clinic in one hospital nearly three years.Results Among 6002 Cerebroprotein hydrolysate oral solution descriptions,0~9 years patients with the highest proportion(occupied 98.93%).The clinical diagnosis distribution of patients was mainly rehabilitation medicine(Pediatric Neurology)92.82%,pediatrics(4.77%)and other departments,accounting for 2.41%.Conclusion Cerebroprotein hydrolysate oral solution in a hospital is mainly used in children's diseases,including mental retardation and low intelligence;Speech and language development disorders;Cerebral palsy;Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy;Brain atrophy;Dyskinesia;Dystonia;Hyperactivity disorder;Tic disorder;Malnutrition,hypoproteinemia,etc.Brain protein hydrolysate is a peptidergic neurotrophic drug,which has a wide range of clinical applications,and its rational use is very important.
