摘要
文中根据浙江省武义县委县政府确定的“绿色转型、美丽富民”目标,结合习近平总书记考察浙江时赋予浙江省的“努力成为新时代全面展示中国特色社会主义制度优越性的重要窗口”新目标新定位,围绕“加快林业产业发展,增加山区农民收入”,通过分析武义县林业产业建设现状、经验及现存问题,提出加强政策引领林权改革、强化林业龙头企业培育、积极发展有机林业产业、加强林区基础设施建设、加强林业科技人才培养及科技应用5个方面的对策建议。
According to the goal of“Green transformation,using magnificent scenery to enrich the people”settled by the county committees and the county government of Wuyi County in Zhejiang Province,combined with the new goal and new positioning given to Zhejiang Province by Xi Jinping,General Secretary of CPC,“Strive to become an important window to comprehensively display the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era”,focusing on“accelerating the development of forestry industry and increasing the income of farmers in mountainous areas”.Through in-depth analysis of status quo,practices and existing problems of forestry industry construction in Wuyi county,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects:strengthening policy to promote forest tenure reform,strengthening the cultivation of forestry leading enterprises,actively developing organic forestry industry,strengthening infrastructure construction in woodlands,strengthening forestry technology talent cultivation and science and technology application.
