摘要
目的分析心脏康复护理在肺动脉高压患者中的应用价值。方法纳入该院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的肺动脉高压患者150例,以“入院顺序奇偶性”平均分为2组,对照组75例采纳常规护理,观察组75例采纳心脏康复护理,对比2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、干预前后6 min步行距离、戒烟、饮食、体重控制、治疗依从性。结果观察组护理后6 min步行距离明显比对照组高,观察组戒烟、饮食、体重控制率均明显高于对照组,观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组,观察组护理后SAS评分明显比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复护理可有效减轻肺动脉高压患者焦虑情绪,提高戒烟、饮食控制、体重控制率,提高治疗依从性,促进机体康复,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the application value of cardiac rehabilitation nursing for patients with pulmonary hypertension(PH).Methods A total of 150 patients with PH who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to the“parity of admission sequence”,with 75 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by cardiac rehabilitation nursing.The SAS score,6-minute walking distance before and after intervention,smoking cessation,diet and weight control,treatment compliance were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention the 6-minute walking distance in observation group was significantly longer than that in control group.And the control rates of smoking cessation,diet and weight in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,moreover,the treatment compliance in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.However the SAS scores in observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety emotion of of patients PH,improve smoking cessation,and control rates of diet and body weight,improve treatment compliance,so as to promote the recovery of patients.
