软硬锁相环在分布式风电并网控制中的联合应用 被引量:6

INTEGRATED APPLICATION OF SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE PHASE-LOCKED LOOP ON GRID CONNECTION CONTROL FOR DISTRIBUTED WIND POWER

摘要 首先,在行业规范剖析基础上,提出软硬件结合的并网控制设计方案;其次,在锁相环设计环节,分别从硬件锁相环与软件锁相环角度进行仿真及编程设计,对照技术指标分析,选定双二阶广义积分锁相环作为小型双馈风力发电并网控制中的电网电压信号采集的技术,并且利用DSP2812开发相应的程序算法,得到基波信号用于实际双馈发电系统的定子电压定向控制,实现控制目标的可靠性及抗扰动性;最后,结合网侧与发电机定子侧电压比较输出信号,引进硬件锁相环,通过系统联调进而实现预期设计目标,电网侧与发电侧电压频率差控制在2 Hz以内,相位差控制在12°以内,有效值差控制在4 V以内,成果测试基本符合国家行业标准,具有行业实际应用价值。 Firstly,a grid-connected control design scheme is proposed innovatively combined software and hardware.Secondly,in the design of phase-locked loop(PLL),simulation and programming are carried out from aspects of hardware PLL and software PLL.The dual second order generalized integral phase-locked loop(DSOGI-PLL)is selected as the grid voltage signal acquisition technology in the control of small double-fed wind power(DFWG),and the corresponding program algorithm is developed to obtain the fundamental signal by DSP2812 microcontroller,which is used in actual the stator voltage orientation control of the DFWG system,realizing the reliability and anti-disturbance of the control target.Finally,combined with the voltage comparison signal of the grid side and the generator stator side,a hardware PLL is applied,the expected design goals are achieved through system joint debugging,the voltage difference between the grid side and the generator side is controlled within 2 Hz,the phase difference within 12°,and the RMS difference within 4 V,the design results are complied with national industry standards and have practical industry application value.
