摘要
信息科学与生命科学逐渐深入融合,推动了医学研究与应用模式的转变,呈现出"认知计算化"与"计算认知化"的特点。面向中医药科学内涵的认知挖掘、验证、模拟和应用,探索构建跨学科知识的智能计算模型,将中医原创思维用于指导生命科学规律的探索,亟待提出一种整合性计算范式理论。文章围绕中医药认知计算的概念、框架和路径,探讨了其提出背景、概念辨析、理论释义、范式要点、框架层次、路径规划和关键问题等内容,以期为该领域研究提供理论参考,提升未来研究的整合效应。
The gradual integration of information science and life science has promoted the transformation of medical research and application mode,showing the characteristics of‘cognitive computation’and‘computational cognition’.For the cognitive mining,verification,simulation and application of the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is necessary to explore the construction of an intelligent computing model of interdisciplinary knowledge,and use the original thinking of TCM to guide the exploration of life science laws.Focusing on the concept,framework and path of TCM cognitive computing,this paper discussed its background,concept discrimination,theoretical interpretation,paradigm points,framework levels,path planning and key issues,so as to provide theoretical reference for the research in this field and enhance the integration effect of future research.
