摘要
多诊合参技术是中医临床诊断的重要方法,人工智能为中医多诊合参的客观化发展提供了有力支撑。深度学习可以模拟人脑多诊合参将不同人群进行分类诊断,为中医智能化辅助诊断与远程诊疗提供支持。文章从客观化采集设备的研制、数据融合与分析方面总结了多诊合参客观化研究取得的成果,并从采集设备与方法的标准,多诊数据融合与建模技术以及多诊合参客观化系统的临床应用场景3个方面提出现阶段存在的问题及解决办法。
Multi-diagnosis technology of traditional Chinese medicine is an effective method for clinical diagnosis of diseases,and artificial intelligence provides a strong support for the objective development of multi-diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.Deep learning can simulate the multi-diagnosis of human brain to classify different groups of people,and provide support for intelligent assistant diagnosis and remote diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarized the achievements of multi-diagnosis objectification research from two aspects of objective acquisition equipment development,data fusion and analysis,and put forward the problems and solutions in the emergence stage from three aspects:standards of acquisition equipment and methods,multi-diagnosis data fusion modeling technology,and clinical application scenarios of multi-diagnosis objectification system.
