摘要
目的了解2016—2020年天津市西青区托幼机构的卫生消毒质量情况,为提高辖区内托幼机构的消毒效果提供参考依据。方法根据天津市DB 12/T 447—2011《托儿所幼儿园消毒卫生规范》采样检测,并对数据进行分析。结果2016—2020年共抽取辖区内托幼机构326家次,样本1304份,合格953份,总体合格率是73.08%。5年中各年度检测的合格率分别为44.17%、71.25%、76.79%、77.21%和92.28%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=157.676,P<0.05),总体呈上升趋势。4类监测项目中,合格率最高的是餐(饮)具表面(78.83%),最低的是工作人员手表面(69.94%);监测的样本中不同年份间两两合格率比较发现,2020年和2016年合格率比较差异有统计学意义;公立和民办托幼机构合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.982,P<0.01)。结论2016—2020年天津西青区托幼机构整体消毒效果有改善的趋势,托幼机构的消毒质量得到了明显提升。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of kindergartens in Xiqing District of Tianjin from 2016-2020,provide reference basis for improving the disinfection effect of kindergartens in the area.Methods The sampling and detection were performed according to DB 12/T 447-2011 Hygienic code for disinfection of nurseries and kindergartens in Tianjin.And the data were analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2020,totally 326 kindergartens in the area were collected,953 of 1304 samples were qualified,with the total qualified rate of 73.08%.The annual qualified rate in five years was 44.17%,71.25%,76.79%,77.21% and 92.28%,respectively,with an overall rising trend,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=157.676,P<0.05).In four categories of monitoring items,the qualified rate of tableware surface(78.83%)was the highest,while that of hand surface of staff(69.94%)was the lowest.For the pairwise comparison of the years,there was statistically significant difference in the qualified rate between 2020 and 2016.The difference in the qualified rate was statistically significant between public and private childcare institutions(χ^(2)=18.982,P<0.01).Conclusion The overall disinfection effect in kindergartens in Xiqing District of Tianjin from2016 to 2020 has an improvement trend,and the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens has been significantly improved.
