摘要
绿色发展理念下,改变传统发展模式,走资源节约、环境友好的可持续发展道路是化工企业的必然选择。选取绿色转型较为成功的中盐金坛盐化有限责任公司进行案例研究,总结其绿色转型发展的成功经验。中盐金坛盐化有限责任公司通过实施横向一体化战略,整合资源,跨界合作,实现了“社会责任—横向一体化—技术创新—绿色转型”的发展转型,走出了一条符合企业自身资源优势的绿色可持续发展道路,为我国化工企业绿色转型发展提供了新的思路。
Based on the concept of green development,it is an inevitable choice for chemical enterprises to take the sustainable development path of resource saving and environmental friendly.China Salt Jintan Co.,Ltd.which successfully carried out green transformation is selected as a case study to summarize its successful experience of green development transformation.It is found that through the implementation of horizontal integration strategy,resource integration and crossover cooperation,China Salt Jintan Co.,Ltd.has realized the development transformation of“social responsibility-horizontal integration-technological innovation-green transformation”and found a green sustainable development path in line with its own resource advantages,which provides new ideas for the green transformation development of state-owned chemical enterprises.
