摘要
目的分析体检人群检测甲状腺抗体与甲状腺功能的意义,旨在为相关研究工作提供参考。方法选择500例体检者为研究对象,并对所有受试者开展甲状腺功能以及甲状腺抗体测定。对比男性以及女性受试者甲状腺抗体阳性率,以及甲状腺功能正常与异常受试者甲状腺抗体阳性率。结果女性受试者的甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)阳性率13.75%以及甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)阳性率16.25%明显高于男性的4.62%、3.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在所有参加体检的受试者中,亚甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)31例(6.20%)、亚甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)5例(1.00%)、甲减1例(0.20%)、甲亢3例(0.60%)、甲状腺功能正常460例(92.00%)。亚甲减、亚甲亢、甲减、甲亢受试者的TPOAb阳性率分别为96.77%、80.00%、100.00%、66.67%,TGAb阳性率分别为96.77%、100.00%、100.00%、66.67%,明显高于甲状腺功能正常受试者的1.74%及2.39%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过对体检者开展甲状腺抗体检查,可在极大程度上体现出体检者是否存在甲状腺功能异常,可为后续治疗提供准确依据。
Objective To analyze the significance of testing thyroid antibody and thyroid function in the physical examination population,so as to provide reference for the research work of related personnel.Methods 500 physical examination subjects were selected as the research subjects,and all subjects were tested for thyroid function and thyroid antibody.The positive rate of thyroid antibodies was compared between male and female subjects,and between subjects with normal and abnormal thyroid function.Results The positive rate of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)in female subjects were 13.75% and 16.25%,which were significantly higher than 4.62% and 3.85% in male subjects,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Of all subjects who participated in the physical examination,31 cases(6.20%)were subhypothyroid,5 cases(1.00%)were subhyperthyroid,1 case(0.20%)was hypothyroid,3 cases(0.60%)were hyperthyroid,and 460 cases(92.00%)had normal thyroid function.The subhypothyroidism,subhyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism subjects had positive rate of TPOAb of 96.77%,80.00%,100.00%,66.67%,and positive rate of TGAb of 96.77%,100.00%,100.00%,66.67%,which were significantly higher than 1.74% and 2.39% in subjects with normal thyroid function,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thyroid antibody test can reveal the existence of thyroid dysfunction in the physical examination to a great extent,which can provide accurate basis for the follow-up treatment.
