摘要
在国家全民健身计划和阳光体育的大环境下,陕西省高校加大了对高水平运动队建设的支持,陕西省高校高水平乒乓球运动队的成绩有了明显进步。该文以SWOT分析法对陕西省高校乒乓球高水平运动队的机遇、优势、挑战、劣势4个方面进行了分析,并基于SWOT分析结果,提出陕西省高校乒乓球高水平运动队的发展对策:SO对策、ST对策、WO对策和TW对策。
In the general context of the national fitness program and sunshine sports, colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have increased their support to the construction of high level sports teams, and the performance of high level table tennis teams in Shaanxi province has improved significantly. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the opportunities, advantages, challenges and disadvantages of high-level table tennis sports teams in Shaanxi colleges and universities, and gives the development countermeasures of high-level table tennis sports teams in Shaanxi colleges and universities: SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and TW strategy.
