摘要
板式定制家具主要以定制橱柜、定制衣柜的形式存在,是居住空间中不可或缺的一部分。现有的柜类家具接合方式存在接合后部分五金件外露影响美观性等现象,为探究新型的隐藏式接合方式实现板件之间更好的紧固接合,结合目前已有的紧固接合形式与应用现状,依据接合原理梳理分析将其分为摩擦式接合、卡扣式接合与锁紧式接合3种形式。分别从操作便利性、安装后美观度、力学强度等方面进行综合分析,总结出接合方式要具备稳定性、标准化、美观性、便利性等要求。遵循相关原理和接合要求设计了一种隐藏式紧固接合方式,并对其具体构造与安装步骤进行了详细说明,以期为板式定制家具的拆装结构设计提供一定参考。
Panel customized furniture is mainly present as customized cabinets and wardrobes,which are the indispensable part of living space. In view of the aesthetic impact of the exposed hardware in the existing cabinet,the new types of concealed joint with better joint strength between panels were explored,which can be divided into the friction joint,card buckle joint and locking joint by integrating the existing strength joint forms and application status of the theory of joint. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the operation convenience,aesthetics after installation,mechanical strength and other aspects,the necessary requirements of the joint mode were concluded in aspects of stability,standardization,aesthetics,convenience and so on. According to the related principles and joint requirements,a concealed fastening joint mode was designed,and its concrete structure and installation steps were described in detail,which will provide some reference for the detachable structure design of panel customized furniture.
