植物纤维床垫轻量化结构设计

Lightweight Structure Design of Plant Fiber Mattress

摘要 探究床垫受力后内部应力分布情况,为床垫轻量化结构设计开发提供技术指导。通过对床垫进行力学有限元分析,研究床垫各层受力变形与应力应变变化分布情况,建立一个用于指导产品轻量化结构设计的模型,并对该模型进行试验结果验证,得出床垫轻量化结构的最优解。结果表明,床垫各层的压应力面积离受力接触面越远,应力从受力中心向外扩散越大,其受力面积越大,且整体应力分布越趋于均匀。根据该分析结果建立了一个密度与结构关联的轻量化模型,利用该模型指导原理生产出来的床垫产品在确保床垫质量的前提下,可以将质量减轻15%以上,达到了床垫轻量化的效果。 In order to provide guidance for the design and development of lightweight structure mattress,the internal stress distribution of mattress under stress was explored. Through the mechanical finite element analysis of the mattress,the stress deformation and stress-strain change distribution of each layer of the mattress were studied,and a model for guiding the product lightweight structure design was established. The experimental results of the model were verified with an aim to find out the lightweight structure of mattress. The results show that the farther the compressive stress area of each layer of mattress from the stress contact surface,the larger the stress diffuses outward from the stress center,the larger the stress area and the more uniform the overall stress distribution. According to the analysis results,a lightweight model of density-structure correlation is established,and the mattress products under the guiding principle of the model can ensure the quality of mattress. The mattress with reduced weight more than15% achieves the effect of lightweight structure.
