Effect of Cr content on microstructure and properties of ZK30-0.2Cu-Cr alloys prepared by microwave sintering

摘要 以ZK30粉末、Cu粉和Cr粉为原料,采用微波烧结法制备Cr含量(质量分数,下同)为0-0.40%的ZK30-0.2Cu-Cr合金。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪观察和分析合金的显微组织,并测定合金的力学性能、降解性能、抗菌性能和生物相容性,研究Cr含量对ZK30-0.2Cu-Cr合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随Cr含量增加,由于Cr在基体中的固溶度增大,合金硬度提高。随Cr含量增加,合金的生物降解速度呈波动变化,在w(Cr)为0.1%时,合金表面形成Cr_(2)O_(3)氧化膜,对基体产生保护作用,合金的生物降解速度最低,但当w(Cr)超过0.1%时,固相扩散不完全,残留的Cr单质增加电偶腐蚀,对合金的耐腐蚀性能产生不利影响,生物降解速度增大。此外,所有ZK30-0.2Cu-Cr合金均具有良好的细胞相容性和抗菌能力(抗菌率>93%),其中ZK30-0.2Cu-0.05Cr合金的抗菌性能最好,抗菌率高达99.38%。综合考虑,ZK30-0.2Cu-0.1Cr合金具有良好的力学性能、合适的降解速率、优异的细胞相容性和抗菌性能,是一种有潜力的抗菌生物植入材料。 Using ZK30 powders, copper powders and Cr powders as raw materials, ZK30-0.2 Cu-Cr alloy with Cr content of 0-0.40%(mass fraction, the same below) was prepared by microwave sintering. The microstructure of the alloy was observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffracto meter. The mechanical properties, degradability, antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the alloy were determined as well.The effect of Cr content on the microstructure and properties of ZK30-0.2 Cu-x Cr alloy was studied. The results show that the hardness of the alloy increases with the increase of the solid solubility of Cr in the matrix. With the increase of Cr content, the biodegradation rate fluctuates. When w(Cr) is 0.1%, a Cr_(2)O_(3) oxide film forms on the alloy surface to protect the matrix from corrosion, and the biodegradation rate of the alloy reaches the lowest. But when w(Cr) exceeds 0.1%, the solid phase diffusion is not complete, and the residue of Cr element increases galvanic corrosion. Itadversely affects the corrosion resistance of the alloy and increases the biodegradation rate. In addition, all of the ZK30-0.2 Cu-x Cr alloys have good cytocompatibility and antibacterial ability(antibacterial rate > 93%). Among them, ZK30-0.2 Cu-0.05 Cr has the best antibacterial performance with antibacterial rate as high as 99.38%. Taken into account, ZK30-0.2 Cu-0.1 Cr alloy has good mechanical properties, appropriate degradation rate, excellent cytocompatibility and antibacterial properties, so it is a potential antibacterial biological implant material.
