高承压水圆砾地层中洞内更换盾尾刷技术 被引量:2

Application of Shield-Tail Brush Replacement Technology in Tunnel in Gravel Formation with High Confined Water

摘要 因盾尾刷渗漏造成风险事故时有发生,尤其是在高承压水地层中,盾尾刷更容易损坏。结合工程实例介绍盾尾刷密封原理、分析盾尾渗漏原因。在实践中通过对高承压水圆砾地层制作水泥+水玻璃双液浆止水环封堵后方来水,并采用聚氨酯加强封堵;创造条件后拆除盾尾内的最后一环管片,再进行盾尾刷刨除和更换重新焊接,随后进行盾尾油脂抹塞和管片二次拼装。盾尾刷更换后浆液不再渗漏、地面沉降满足要求,保证了施工的顺利进行。 There are frequent accidents due to tail brush leakage,especially in high pressure water formation,which is more likely to damage the tail brush.This paper introduced the sealing principle of shield tail brush and analyzed the causes of shield tail leakage.In practice,the water coming from the rear was blocked by cement+sodium silicate double liquid slurry water sealing ring for gravel stratum with high pressure water,and reinforced by polyurethane.After all ready,the last annular pipe piece in shield tail was removed,followed by shield tail brush removal,replacement and re-welding,followed by grease plug and segment re-assembly.After the replacement of shield tail brush,the slurry does not leak and the ground settlement meets the requirements,which ensures the project proceeding well.
