摘要
目前,乡村发展对人力资源的需求主要是技术型人才,这符合“双创”人才培养的目标。要实现供求平衡,“双创”是一个重要的突破口,是实施乡村振兴战略的指导思想,也是实现双赢的根本途径。在“双创”背景下,地方政府和乡镇平台应从基本职能入手,引进各类人才,通过人才资源推动乡村振兴。基于此,笔者就“双创”与共赢推动乡村振兴的策略开展探究。
At present,the demand for human resources in rural development is mainly technical talents,which is in line with the goal of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” talent training.To achieve a balance between supply and demand,“mass entrepreneurship and innovation” is an important breakthrough,a guiding principle for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and a fundamental way to achieve win-win results.In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,local governments and township platforms should start with basic functions,introduce various types of talents,and promote rural revitalization through human resources.Based on this,the author explores the strategies of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” and win-win to promote rural revitalization。
