摘要
突发性耳聋是耳鼻喉科常见的疾病之一,其发病机制复杂多样,由于其病因尚未完全明确,其治疗方法也存在一定的争议。目前以改善微循环、激素、高压氧、营养神经等治疗,治疗方案较为单一,部分患者效果欠佳。故寻求疗效突出、治疗方式简便、患者接受度高的治疗方法显得十分必要。刺络放血疗法不仅应用广泛,还具有历史悠久、方法独特、简便廉效的特点。“血实宜决之,宛陈宜除之”为刺络放血的治疗原则,意为血瘀、血余证等实证应用此法以疏通经络,亦或清热泻火。中医认为突发性耳聋主要以实证、热证为主,故刺络放血疗法可适用于此疾病。
Sudden deafness is one of the common diseases in otolaryngology.Its pathogenesis is complex and diverse.Because its etiology is not yet fully clear,its treatment methods are also controversial.Modern medicine mainly uses treatments such as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,improving microcirculation,hormones,hyperbaric oxygen,and nutrient nerves.The treatment plan is relatively simple,and the effect of some patients is not good.Therefore,it is very necessary to seek a treatment method with outstanding curative effect,simple treatment method and high patient acceptance.Bloodletting therapy is not only widely used,but also has the characteristics of a long history,unique method,simplicity and low efficiency."bleeding should be used under an excessive,eliminating prolonged stagnation"is the treatment principle of bloodletting,which means that excess syndromes of blood stasis,blood surplus syndrome and other empirical application also could use this method can dredge the meridians,or clear heat and purify fire.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that sudden deafness is mainly based on evidence and heat syndrome,so bloodletting therapy can be applied to this disease.
