摘要
目的探讨系统化护理在卵巢癌患者手术室护理中的应用及对患者并发症的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月复旦大学附属肿瘤医院择期进行手术治疗的卵巢癌患者68例, 根据护理方式不同分为两组, 对照组应用常规护理, 研究组应用系统化护理。比较两组患者心率、血压等情况及术后并发症发生情况、心理健康变化情况、血清T淋巴细胞水平变化情况及生活质量变化情况。结果研究组术后5 min心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), 护理后研究组抑郁评分、焦虑评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组T淋巴细胞水平(CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等)均高于对照组, CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞水平低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将系统化护理应用在卵巢癌患者手术室护理中, 使患者不良情绪有所缓解, 且术中应激反应较轻, 术后并发症也明显减少, 免疫功能显著增强, 同时患者的生活质量也有所提高。
Objective To explore the application of systematic nursing in nursing care of patients with ovarian cancer and its effect on the occurrence of complications.Methods A total of 68 patients with ovarian cancer who underwent elective surgery from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given systematic nursing.The heart rate,blood pressure,postoperative complications,changes in mental health,changes in serum T lymphocyte level and changes in quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure 5 minutes after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the depression and anxiety scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of T lymphocytes(CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),etc.)in the study group were higher than those in the control group.CD8+T lymphocyte level was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of systematic nursing in the operation room nursing of ovarian cancer patients can alleviate the patients'psychological bad mood,and the stress reaction during operation is lighter,postoperative complications are significantly reduced,the immune function is significantly enhanced,and the quality of life of patients is improved.
