摘要
新时代赋予了高校劳动教育新内涵,并提出新的更高要求。文章指出了新时代背景下辅导员开展大学生劳动教育出现的问题,明确辅导员在大学生劳动教育中所扮演的践行者、主导者、推动者、参与者的身份,提出了打造劳动教育宣传体系、占领学生思想阵地、充分利用第二课堂,发挥劳动实践的育人功能、加强家校联动,打造感恩劳育品牌、调动社会各方力量、为劳动教育提供必要保障,根据学生成长规律,制定具体的劳动教育制度的行动策略。
The new era has endowed college labor education with new meaning and higher standards. The article points out college instructors’ bottleneck in college labor education in the new era, and pinpoints college instructor as the practitioner, leader, facilitator and participant of college students’ labor education. Furthermore, the article proposes multiple solutions for this matter, which includes building labor education propaganda system to highlight ideological importance, making full use of secondary classroom for educational functions of labor practice, strengthening home-college interaction to build a gratitude culture for labor education. And to achieve these initiatives, various social forces need to be mobilized to provide necessary support for labor education, and specific action strategies in accordance with the law of students’ growth need to be formulated for the labor education system.
