摘要
慢性骨髓炎是发生于骨组织的细菌感染性疾病,糖尿病足、血源性骨髓炎、内固定术后或开放性骨折均应警惕慢性骨髓炎的发生[1]。该病病程长、易复发、治疗过程曲折复杂,给患者和临床医师都带来很大困扰,随着技术水平的不断发展与进步,慢性骨髓炎的诊断及治疗手段也在不断改进,笔者通过查阅文献对慢性骨髓炎的诊断及治疗进展作一总结,以"慢性骨髓炎""治疗""诊断""进展""chronic osteomyelitis""treatment""diagnose""progress"为关键词检索中国知网、PubMed数据库.
Chronic osteomyelitis is a complicated disease in orthopedics,and its diagnosis and treatment are challenging for doctors.If not treated in time,it may cause serious consequences such as amputation and cancer.At present,many new achievements have been made in the research of chronic osteomyelitis,but the diagnosis still relies on imaging,laboratory examination and clinical symptoms.Histopathological examination is the gold standard for diagnosis.Sensitive antibiotics and surgical intervention should be applied in time based on early diagnosis.Although its current treatment is still difficult,progresses of various surgical and tissue engineering techniques have opened up broad prospects.
