摘要 胞内补体系统(ICS)是一个相对独立的可调控细胞代谢和功能的胞内生物效应系统。近年研究表明,ICS广泛存在于多种免疫细胞和非免疫细胞,在细胞静息态与激活态维持与转变、基本代谢与增殖分化、凋亡调控等方面具有重要作用。此外,通过对胞内补体的研究也加深了对受补体调节的胞内病原体的认识。更重要的是,胞内补体研究为治疗多种与补体有关的免疫性疾病提供了新的研究思路和方法。 Intracellular complement system(ICS)is a relatively independent intracellular biological effector system that can regulate cell metabolism and function. Recent research showed that ICS exists widely in many kinds of cells and plays an indispensable role in maintenance and transformation of resting and active state,basal metabolism,proliferation and differentiation,apoptosis regulation and so on. Research on ICS also makes people have a deeper understanding of complement opsonized intracellular pathogens,which provides new idea and strategies for treatment of many complement related immune diseases more importantly.
