摘要
地方特色文献是一种可被记载和传承的地方文化,在区域文化传承、重要文献保护、地方学术传播、本地公众需求等方面都具有重要的开发意义。在信息生产和传播转型的背景下,地方文献资源的建设难度不断加大,也要求图书馆进行资源和服务的转型。本文综合利用文献调研法、网络调研法,系统梳理国内外图情领域关于地方特色文献的研究与实践,对地方特色文献服务的概念、服务内容体系建设、服务策略、服务模式等方面进行较为全面的调研,对比国内外图书馆地方特色文献服务发展异同,为各类图书馆开展地方特色文献服务的业务布局提供参考。
Local studies collections embody the regional culture and development,which can be documented and passed on,and is of great significance in the inheritance of regional cultural heritage,the preservation of important literatures,the dissemination of local scholarship,and the requirements of the local public.Since the transforming of information production and communication,libraries need to upgrade the construction of local studies collections as well as services.Integrating literature analysis method and network research method,this paper systematically worked out the research outcomes and proven experiences on the concept and content constructions as well as service strategies and service patterns of local studies collections,summarizing the available theories,experiences and tools,analyzing the current differences between domestic and international libraries,and providing suggestions on operating the library services of local studies collections.
