摘要 柠檬酸酯类增塑剂作为一种绿色无毒增塑剂有着广阔的应用前景,目前报道的合成方法中以柠檬酸三正丁酯为主,而柠檬酸三异丁酯的合成方法很少。以自制固体酸SO_(4)^(2-)/SnO_(2)凹凸棒土为催化剂,催化柠檬酸和异丁醇合成柠檬酸三异丁酯。实验结果表明,当原料酸醇摩尔比为1:5,催化剂用量为酸质量的6%,反应温度为140℃,反应时长6.5 h时,酯化率为84%以上,催化剂重复使用4次后,酯化率仍能保持在80%以上,催化效果高效且稳定。 Citrate ester plasticizers have broad application prospects as a green and non-toxic plasticizer. The currently reported synthesis methods are mainly tri-n-butyl citrate, while there are few synthetic methods for tri-isobutyl citrate. The self-made solid acid SO_(4)^(2-)/SnO_(2)-attapulgite was used as a catalyst to catalyze the synthesis of triisobutyl citrate from citric acid and isobutanol. The experimental results showed that when the molar ratio of the raw material acid to alcohol was 1:5, the amount of catalyst was 6% of the acid mass, the reaction temperature was 140 ℃, and the reaction time was 6.5 h, the esterification rate was over 84%. After the catalyst was repeatedly used 4 times, the esterification rate can still be maintained above 80%, and the catalytic effect was efficient and stable.
