摘要
目的研究基于名中医王晖情志调理法理念辨证论治情志病郁证的疗效,为情志病郁证的中医诊疗提供依据。方法选择2017年1月至2019年12月在宁波市中医院接受诊治的100例肝气郁结型郁证患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用常规酸甘宁心汤加减进行治疗,研究组对照组的基础上给予情志调理法进行治疗。治疗1个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果与中医证候积分改善情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组胸闷气燥、情绪不宁、茶饭不思、精神抑郁、精神萎靡不振各项中医证候积分各为(1.53±0.19)分、(1.74±0.21)分、(1.92±0.22)分、(2.17±0.54)分、(2.81±0.72)分,明显低于对照组的(2.14±0.42)分、(2.62±0.47)分、(2.75±0.38)分、(3.62±0.83)分、(3.74±0.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于名中医王晖情志调理法理念辨证论治情志病郁证的疗效显著。
Objective To study the efficacy of syndrome differentiation treatment on depressive symptoms of emotional disorders based on the concept of emotional conditioning proposed by the famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioner WANG Hui,so as to provide a basis for the TCM diagnosis and treatment on depressive symptoms of emotional disorders.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression of liver-Qi stagnation type who were diagnosed and treated in Ningbo Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the difference of treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with the conventional modified Suangan Ningxin decoction,while the study group was treated with the method of emotional conditioning on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the efficacy and improvement of the TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores including scores of chest distress and dryness,emotional restlessness,appetite for food and drinks,mental depression and cachexia in the study group were(1.53±0.19)points,(1.74±0.21)points,(1.92±0.22)points,(2.17±0.54)points and(2.81±0.72)points respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(2.14±0.42)points,(2.62±0.47)points,(2.75±0.38)points,(3.62±0.83)points points and(3.74±0.96)points,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of syndrome differentiation treatment on depressive symptoms of emotional disorders based on the concept of emotional conditioning proposed by famous TCM practitioner WANG Hui is remarkable.
