摘要
中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司2.2 Mt/a深度催化裂解(DCC)联合装置配套120 t/h液化气脱硫醇装置,针对液化气脱硫醇碱液再生尾气中含有氧气、烃类和二硫化物,导致环境污染、设备腐蚀和堵塞、安全隐患等生产难题,该公司将脱硫醇尾气引入DCC装置,采取催化再生器燃烧的治理措施。结果表明:在高温富氧的条件下使脱硫醇尾气中的烃类、硫化物分别转化为CO_(2),H_(2)O,SO_(x)后,通过脱硫脱硝装置自净化,烟气中SO_(x)指标维持在不大于10 mg/m^(3)的控制范围内,对整个烟气排放未产生影响,实现环保排放。
The combined 2.2 Mt/a deep catalytic cracking(DCC)unit of Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd of CNOOC was equipped with a 120 t/h liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)demercaptan unit.Aiming at the production problems such as environmental pollution,equipment corrosion and blocking,as well as safety risks which caused by oxygen,hydrocarbons and disulphide contents contained in demercaptan alkali regeneration tail gas.The company introduced the demercaptan tail gas into the DCC unit and adopted the treatment measures of catalytic regenerator combustion.The results showed that under the condition of high temperature and rich oxygen,the hydrocarbons and sulfides in the demercaptan tail gas were transformed into CO_(2),H_(2)O and SO_(x) respectively,and the SO_(x) index in the flue gas was maintained within the control range of not more than 10 mg/m^(3) by the existing desulfurization and denitrification device,which had no influence on the overall flue gas emission and realized environmental-friendly emission.
