摘要
利用文丘里效应制成空化装置进行NO_(X)脱除,探究不同影响因素对NO_(X)催化氧化吸收的作用机制。结果表明,当NO_(X)浓度为1000 mg/L,NO_(2)/NO为1.5,吸收液体积15 L,pH=11的条件下,NO_(X)的去除率达81%。在吸收液中添加SDBS、Fe^(2+)和Mn^(2+),均能有效提高NO_(X)去除率。在最优条件下(pH=11.0,C_(SDBS)=0.06 mg/L,C Fe^(2+)=1.5 mmol/L),NO_(X)去除效率可达86.0%。
A cavitation device was made by using the Venturi effect to achieve high efficiency of NO_(X) removal,and explored the mechanism of different influencing factors on NO_(X) catalytic oxidation absorption.The results show that when the concentration of NO_(X) is 1000 mg/L,the NO_(2)/NO is 1.5,the absorbed liquid volume is 15 L,and the pH is 11,the NO_(X) removal rate is as high as 81%.The addition of SDBS,Fe^(2+) and Mn^(2+) in the absorption solution could effectively improve the NO_(X) removal rate.Under the optimal conditions(pH=11.0,C_(SDBS)=0.06 mg/L,C Fe^(2+)=1.5 mmol/L),the NO_(X) removal efficiency could reach 86.0%.
