健康服务与管理专业人才需求与培养模式研究 被引量:14

Study on the Demand and Cultivation Mode of Health Service and Management Talents

摘要 目的:了解用人单位对健康服务与管理专业的人才需求现状,为该专业人才培养模式提供借鉴。方法:问卷调查30家用人单位在人才需求现状、岗位职责需求、知识和能力需求的基本状况,运用描述性统计和t检验方法分析不同类型用人单位的需求现状与差异。结果:30家调查用人单位中,尚有13家(43.33%)不了解健管专业,13家(43.33%)在招聘健管相关岗位时更偏好医学相关专业;在岗位职责需求中,健康风险评估的需求程度最高,为4.03±1.10分;医疗卫生事业单位和健康管理类企业对医学知识的需求程度都较高,>3.9分;医疗卫生事业单位最需要的三种能力包括团队协作能力、学习能力和责任心,均值为4.18分,健康管理类企业最需要责任心、沟通能力和学习能力,>4.60分;两种类型用人单位对知识和能力的需求程度间无统计学差异。结论:健康服务与管理专业人才培养需在顶层设计上打通本专业就业途径,加强医学和健康风险评估课程比重,加强课程思政和专业思政内涵,培养应用型人才。 Objective To explore the status of need for the talents of health service and management majors,and provide reference for its cultivation mode.Methods The status of talents demands,post responsibility,knowledge and ability demand of 30 employers were investigated by questionnaire.The demand status and differences of different type of employers were analyzed with descriptive statistics and t-test.Results Among the 30 employers surveyed,13(43.33%)had no idea about the major,and 13 employers(43.33%)preferred to the medicine-related majors.Among the work responsibilities,health risk assessment occupied the highest level of demand,with a score of 4.03±1.10.Medical and health institutions and health management enterprises valued medical knowledge the most,with the score of more than 3.9 point.The top three abilities needed by medical and health institutions were teamwork,learning and sense of responsibility,with an average score of 4.18 points.While the top three abilities needed by health management enterprises were sense of responsibility,communication and learning,with the score of more than 4.60 points.There was no significant difference in the degree of demand for knowledge and ability between the two types of employers.Conclusion It is suggested to bridge the employment channels of this major by the top-level design,increase the proportion of medical and health risk assessment courses,intensify the connotation of curriculum ideology and professional ideological and political education to cultivate applied talents.
