摘要
目的:探究中医复方血压宁方对老年高血压患者血压变异性的影响。方法:选取浏阳市中医医院2017年8月至2018年8月期间收治的80例老年高血压患者,将其分为观察组、对照组,各40例。观察组患者给予贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗的同时加以中药治疗,对照组给予贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗,比较两组患者血压变异性以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组患者的血压变异性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的血压变异性低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.00 %,低于对照组的30.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压患者给予贝那普利联合氨氯地平进行治疗的基础上,对其加以中医治疗能够显著改善患者病情,降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine compound Xueyaning recipe on blood pressure variability in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 elderly hypertensive patients who were admitted to Liuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with benazepril combined with amlodipine and treated with traditional Chinese medicine at the same time,and the control group was treated with benazepril combined with amlodipine,the blood pressure variability and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure variability between the two groups of patients before treatment (P > 0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure variability of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00% lower than 30.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Based on the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with benazepril combined with amlodipine,traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the condition of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high safety.
