摘要
研究鱼类性别对培育优良性状、控制养殖鱼类繁殖、提高养殖鱼群体生长速度等具有重要的生物学和经济学意义。鱼类的性别决定机制复杂,cyp19a(cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily amember 1)基因是控制鱼类性别分化的关键基因,它编码合成的芳香化酶通过改变鱼体雄激素和雌激素的比例来影响鱼类的性别分化。cyp19a基因的表达受多种调控因子的影响,文章对影响cyp19a基因调控性别分化的环境因子、转录调控因子及非编码RNA进行了概述,以期为系统研究各调控因子对cyp19a基因调控鱼类性别分化的影响提供参考,为研究鱼类的性别决定机制提供理论依据。
The study of fish sex has important biological and economic significance in breeding excellent characters, controlling breeding of cultured fish and increasing the growth rate of cultured fish population. Sex determination mechanism in fish is complex. Cytochrome P450 family 19 Subfamily Amember 1(cyp19 a) gene is a key gene controlling sex differentiation of fish. The synthetic aromatase encoded by it affects sex differentiation of fish by changing the ratio of androgen and estrogen. The expression of cyp19 a gene is affected by many regulatory factors. In this paper, the environmental factors, transcriptional regulatory factors and non-coding RNA that influence the sex differentiation of cyp19 a gene were summarized, so as to provide a reference for the systematic study the effects of cyp19 a gene on fish sex differentiation, and to provide theoretical basis for the study of the mechanism of sex determination in fish.
