摘要
探索导向明确、多维综合的高校教师教学质量评价体系是深化新时代教育评价改革、发挥教育评价指挥棒作用的重要举措。文章探讨了“评价杠杆”的作用,将教学改革与创新实绩融入教师教学质量评价,构建了“3+1”教师教学质量评价体系。该体系以学生创新精神和能力培养为中心,引导教师潜心教书、立德树人,积极开展课程思政、线上线下混合式教学、翻转课堂、产教融合等教学改革与创新。
Exploring a clearly oriented and comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluation system of university teachers’ teaching quality is an important measure to deepen the education evaluation reform in the new era and bring into play the role of the baton of education evaluation.This paper discusses the use of “evaluation levers”-integrating teaching reform and innovation performance into the evaluation of teachers’ teaching quality to construct the “3+1” teaching quality evaluation system,with the aim to focus on the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and ability and guide teachers to teach with dedication and actively carry out teaching reform and innovation such as curriculum ideological and political education,online and offline hybrid teaching,flipped classroom,and industry-teaching integration and so on.
