摘要
中医药制剂室中会产生废气,对周边空气环境的质量产生影响。针对这一问题,提出中医药制剂室排风区的空气环境污染状况及控制方法研究。采集目标区域空气样本数据,建立空气环境污染状况分析模型,分析当前空气质量,针对当前空气污染现状,利用数值模拟技术设定控制边界条件,求解不同通风条件下的控制参数,以此实现对中医药制剂室排风区空气污染的控制。所提方法的控制成本低,能够在短时间内排放出符合规格的空气,控制效率在95%以上,并且其动态协同水平高,整体性能较好。
Waste gas will be produced in the preparation room of traditional Chinese medicine,which will affect the quality of surrounding air environment.This paper puts forward the research on the air environmental pollution situation and control methods in the exhaust area of Chinese medicine preparation room.It collects air sample data in the target area and establishes an analysis model of air environmental pollution to analyze the current air quality and set control boundary conditions by numerical simulation technology.Control parameters under different ventilation conditions were set so as to control the air pollution in the exhaust area of Chinese medicine preparation room.The experimental results show that the control cost of the proposed method is low.The air meeting the specifications can be discharged in a short time with control efficiency over 95%.The dynamic cooperation level is high and the overall performance is good.
