摘要
为提高玉米须的利用率,以玉米须为原料,乙醇为提取剂,玉米须黄酮提取率为考察指标,采用单因素试验结合响应面法优化玉米须黄酮的提取工艺。最终确定的最佳提取条件为:提取时间2.5 h,提取温度80℃,乙醇浓度70%,提取pH 7.0,料液比1∶70(g/mL)。此工艺下,玉米须黄酮的提取率最高,为0.389%。
In order to improve the utilization rate of corn silk,corn silk was used as raw material,ethanol was used as extractant,and the extraction rate of corn silk flavonoids was investigated in this study.Single factor experiment combined with response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of corn silk flavonoids.The final optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 2.5 h,extraction temperature 80°C,ethanol concentration 70%,extraction pH 7.0,material-to-liquid ratio 1∶70(g/mL).Under this process,the extraction rate of corn silk flavonoids is the highest,which is 0.389%.
