基于新媒体的技术和传播特点,从而阐述新媒体环境下红色档案价值实现的必要性。分析新媒体环境下红色档案价值实现的现状,从而树立用户思维,强化新媒体意识;基于新媒体特点,实现红色档案价值实现路径研究。
