以临床思维训练为核心的客观结构化考试的探索与讨论 被引量:9

The Exploration and Discussion of Objective Structured Examination With Clinical Thinking Training as the Core

摘要 目的构建以学生为中心,提升医学生对临床问题的认知和解决能力,融合临床技能与医疗服务能力、疾病预防与健康促进能力、人际沟通能力、信息管理与研究能力、职业素质与团队合作能力六大核心胜任力的客观结构化考试方案,使其更加合理、更契合新的执业医师考试形势,加强医学生临床实践技能水平、临床思维能力,提高医学生的岗位胜任力和综合素质,为临床教学改革提供依据,推动医学院校教学发展。方法查阅2015年至今与客观结构化考试相关的文献进行分析,对比各类高校OSCE考核模式,找出其中的共性问题加以改进。结果目前各临床医学院都具有相对完善的客观结构化考试方案,可以有效的评价医学生的核心胜任力。结论以提高学生临床思维能力为核心的客观结构化考试能够评估医学生的知识掌握、技能水平、临床思维能力、人文关怀等能力,多项指标并重,全面评估临床医学生综合应用知识能力和职业素养。 Objective Build student-centered,improve medical students in clinical cognition and ability to solve problems,the integration of clinical skills and health services,disease prevention and health promotion ability,interpersonal skills,information management and research ability,professional quality and team cooperation ability six core competency of an objective test plan,make it more reasonable,more fit new practitioners examination situation,to strengthen the medical students clinical practice skills,clinical thinking ability,improve the post competency and comprehensive quality of medical students and to provide basis for clinical teaching reform,promoting the development of medical colleges and universities teaching.Methods Review literatures related to objective structured examinations from 2015 to now for analysis,compare OSCE assessment models of various colleges and universities,and find out common problems and improve them.Results At present,each clinical medical school has a relatively perfect objective structured examination scheme,which can effectively evaluate the core competence of medical students.Conclusion The objective structured test,which aims at improving students'clinical thinking ability,can evaluate medical students'knowledge mastery,skill level,clinical thinking ability,humanistic care and other abilities.
