摘要
推进校际学分互认是实现湾区高等教育一体化的一个切入点,可起到牵一发而动全身的作用。粤港澳大湾区高校在学分含义与学分制运行机制、课程设置与实施以及大学理念、综合实力、办学规格等方面的差异,为校际学分互认带来挑战。大湾区高校应求同存异,将差异性变为合作优势,通过创建若干"大学小联盟"、探索大湾区高校学分管理机制与管理系统、构建以课程建设为核心的教育质量保障体系、创建湾区教育资源共享平台等措施,实现大湾区高校校际学分互认,为区域高等教育一体化发展贡献"湾区范式"。
Promoting the mutual recognition of inter-university credits is an entry point and key step to integrate higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.The differences in the meaning of credits and the operating mechanism of the credit system,curriculum design and implementation,university philosophy,comprehensive strength and school-running specifications in colleges and universities the GBA have brought difficulties to the mutual recognition of inter-university credits.Universities in the GBA should seek common grounds while reserving differences and turn differences into cooperative advantages.By creating a number of“university alliances”,studying the credit management mechanism and system,building an education quality assurance system centered on curriculum construction,and measures such as resource sharing platforms to realize the mutual recognition of credits between universities within the GBA,the“Bay Area Paradigm”for the integrated development of regional higher education can be attained.
