便携式X射线荧光光谱仪在放电产物元素成分分析中的应用

摘要 简单介绍X射线荧光光谱分析技术及便携式X射线荧光光谱分析技术的特点及测量原理。针对气体绝缘组合电器(GasInsulatedSwitchgear,GIS)设备固体粉末放电产物元素分析的特点,提出利用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪测量GIS设备固体粉末放电产物元素成分的几种可行的方法,包括压片法、白纸铺垫法、平单质金属片衬底法、带凹槽的单质金属片衬底法、保鲜膜包裹法,列出各种方法的具体操作步骤、适用条件以及各自的优、缺点。通过对具体放电案例的分析研究,发现采用不同的方法,主要元素的测量结果比较稳定,准确性较高,可以为放电原因分析与排查提供有价值的参考依据。研究表明,便携式X射线荧光光谱仪可以应用于GIS设备放电产物元素成分的现场分析,对GIS设备放电产物元素成分现场分析具有参考意义。 The characteristics and measurement principle of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were briefly introduced.According to the characteristics of elemental analysis of solid powder discharge products of GIS equipment,several feasible methods for measuring the elemental composition of solid powder discharge products of GIS equipment by portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer were proposed,including tablet pressing method,white paper bedding method,flat simple metal sheet substrate method,simple metal sheet substrate method with groove and fresh-keeping film wrap-ping method.The specific operation steps,applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages of each method were listed.Through the analysis of specific discharge cases,it was found that with different methods,the measurement results of main ele-ments are relatively stable and accurate,which can provide a valuable reference for the analysis and investigation of discharge causes.The results show that the portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can be applied to the field analysis of the element com-position of GIS equipment discharge products,and has important guiding significance for the field analysis of the element compo-sition of GIS equipment discharge products.
