摘要
目的探究定坤丹联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)对腹腔镜手术治疗后子宫内膜异位症囊肿不孕症患者的应用效果。方法从我院2020年1月到2021年6月选取62例子宫内膜异位症患者,将患者随机分成两组,每组31例,一组为对照组,采用腹腔镜手术与GnRH-a治疗;另一组为观察组,在对照组的基础上,使用定坤丹治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后第1个月、第4个月、第7个月,血清雌二醇(E2)无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组患者的抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后第1个月糖类抗原125(CA125)低于对照组(P<0.05),第4个月、第7个月CA125无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的疼痛评分(VAS)及绝经期症状评分(Kman)明显比对照组更低,两组数据存在明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的妊娠率为58.06%,高于对照组(45.16%,P>0.05),观察组患者的复发率9.68%,低于对照组(19.35%,P>0.05),观察组患者的窦卵泡数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定坤丹联合GnRH-a治疗经腹腔镜手术后的子宫内膜异位症囊肿伴不孕患者,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善临床症状,提高妊娠率,降低复发率,并对卵巢功能有改善作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Dingkun Dan combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)on infertility patients with endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2020 to June 2021 in our hospital,62 patients with endometriosis were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 31 cases,and one group was the control group.Laparoscopic surgery and GnRH-a treatment.The other group is the observation group.On the basis of the control group,Dingkun Dan is used for treatment.Observe and compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results There were no significant differences in serum estradiol(E2)and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)in the observation group at the first,fourth,and seventh months after treatment(P>0.05),no statistics Learn meaning.The carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the first month after treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in CA125 between the fourth and seventh months(P>0.05).The pain score(VAS)and menopausal symptom score(Kman)of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The number of antral follicles in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.At the same time,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was 58.06%,which was 45.16%higher than that of the control group.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 9.68%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.No statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Dingkundan combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of patients with endometriotic cysts and infertility after laparoscopic surgery can effectively relieve the patient’s pain,improve the clinical symptoms,increase the pregnancy rate,reduce the recurrence rate,and treat the ovaries.The function has an improving effect.
