摘要
通常高速公路养护施工是在不影响道路正常通行情况下进行,交通流量大和作业现场诸多不确定因素,致使养护施工作业现场存在较高的安全风险,可能诱发其他交通安全事故。辨识和分析各类道路养护施工作业存在的安全隐患,对养护安全管理提出相应建议,科学正确布设和使用交通安全防护设施,组织最优安全施工,提高养护施工作业安全性,从而保证高速公路上的车辆安全通行。
Generally,highway maintenance construction is carried out without affecting the normal traffic of the road.Large traffic flow and many uncertain factors at the operation site lead to high safety risks at the maintenance construction site,which may induce other traffic safety accidents.This paper identifies and analyzes the potential safety hazards existing in various construction operations of road maintenance,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for maintenance safety management.Scientific and correct layout and use of protection facilities of traffic safety,organization of optimal safe construction and improvement of maintenance construction safety can ensure the safe passage of vehicles on the expressway.
