摘要
进入21世纪以来,随着科技飞速发展,战争样式发生了质的演变,因此,战争的制胜机理也发生了深刻变化。首先,厘清了全域作战和全域指挥控制的相关概念;然后,在此基础上,结合时代特征和科技进步,概括总结了全域作战的特点;最后,剖析了全域作战制胜机理,可为全域作战提供理论参考。
Since the arrival of the 21st century,with the rapid development of science and technology,the style of war has undergone qualitative evolution.Therefore,the winning mechanism of war has undergone profound changes.Firstly,the concepts of the all-domain operation and the all-domain operation command and control are clarified.Then,on this basis and combined with the characteristics of the times and the progress of science and technology,the characteristics of the all-domain operation are summarized.Finally,the winning mechanism of the all-domain operation is analyzed.The research can provide theoretical reference on the all-domain operation.
