摘要
为评价华蒙多羔肉羊的多羔特性以及体尺与体重性状的相互关系,首先利用TaqMan探针高通量分型技术对1680只华蒙多羔肉羊FecB基因进行分型,统计其在群体中的分布;然后对6月龄、12月龄和24月龄3个阶段羊进行体长(x_(1))、体高(x_(2))、胸宽(x_(3))、胸围(x_(4))和体重(y)测定,分析各指标间的相关性。结果显示,四世代华蒙多羔肉羊携带FecB基因比例极显著增加(P<0.01)。6月龄公羊在体重、体长和胸围上极显著高于母羊(P<0.01),胸宽显著高于母羊(P<0.05);12月龄和24月龄公羊在体高、体长、胸围、胸宽和体重上均极显著高于母羊(P<0.01)。6月龄和12月龄公羊体重与体高、体长、胸宽极显著相关(P<0.01),不同月龄公羊体重均与胸围极显著相关(P<0.01);不同年龄的母羊体重与体长、胸宽和胸围均极显著相关(P<0.01)。根据回归分析和模型参数估计,华蒙多羔肉羊母羊体重估计回归方程为y=0.91x_(3)+0.65x_(4)+0.75x_(2)-111.41。综上所述,成年华蒙多羔肉羊公母羊在体重和体尺方面存在显著差异,其中胸宽、胸围和体高对成年母羊体重影响最大。
In order to evaluate the litter size characteristics and explore the relationship between body size and body weight of Huameng polytocous mutton sheep,firstly,high-throughput genotyping technique using TaqMan probe was used to calculate the distribution of FecB gene in 1680 Huameng polytocous mutton sheep.Besides,the body length(x_(1)),body height(x_(2)),chest width(x_(3)),chest circumference(x_(4))and body weight(y)in the three stages of 6 months,12 months and 24 months were measured,as well as the pearson correlation analysis was performed.The results showed that the proportion of the FecB gene in the fourth generation was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).The 6-month-old rams were significantly higher than ewes in terms of body weight,body length and chest circumference(P<0.01),and their chest width was significantly higher than that of ewes(P<0.05).The 12-month-old and 24-month-old rams were significantly higher than ewes in terms of body height,body length,chest circumference,chest width and weight(P<0.01).The correlation analysis results showed that the weight of 6-month-old and 12-month-old rams was extremely significantly correlated with body height,body length,and chest width(P<0.01),and the weight of rams of different months was extremely significantly correlated with chest circumference(P<0.01).There was highly significant correlation between body weight with body length,chest width and chest circumference(P<0.01)in ewes.Accor-ding to regression analysis and estimation of model parameter,the regression equation for the weight estimation of Huameng polytocous mutton sheep is y=0.91x_(3)+0.65x_(4)+0.75x_(2)-111.41.There are significant differences in body weight and body size between male and female Huameng polytocous mutton sheep,among which chest circumference,chest width and body height have the greatest impact on body weight of adult ewes.
