分子建模技术在芳烃联合装置生产计划优化中的应用研究

摘要 线性规划(LP)一直是优化求解的核心技术和算法,Aspen PIMS软件版本升级进化到非线性求解器可以求局部优化解时,企业建模对建模技术及其选择提出了更高的要求。分子建模技术在某企业的芳烃联合装置的应用实属国内首例,且在投产及稳定生产中发挥了巨大的作用。本文主要介绍了芳烃联合装置工艺及其分子建模过程中单元拆分的思路和建模过程。与传统建模技术比较,其建模复杂性和运算处理难度都高出了一般使用者的水平,但其运算灵活度和准确性也给企业的生产效益带来不可估量的效果。 Linear Programming is always the most important technology and algorithm to optimization problems.Until Aspen PIMS software evolved to be able to solve the local optimization problems using non-linear programming(NLP),it is more difficult to model.Molecular modeling was first applied to combined aromatics units in some petrochemical plant in China.And it is proved that it is a successful modeling way in resource optimization in petrochemical plant.The processes of combined aromatics units and their cell splitting and modeling process are discussed.Compared with the conventional modeling way,it is more difficult for ordinary users to model and apply.However,it brings petrochemical plant greater economic benefits because of its flexibility and accuracy.
