摘要
本文基于2006—2019年的省级面板数据实证分析了数字经济的农村减贫效应。研究结果表明:数字经济具有积极的减贫效应,但存在一定的异质性;在中西部地区、数字经济发展水平较高地区和贫困程度较高地区,数字经济的减贫效应更为明显;数字经济缓解农村贫困的作用机制为提升居民收入水平和增加工作机会。
Poverty reduction through digital technology can play a positive role in Chinese rural poverty reduction.Based on the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019,the rural poverty reduction effect of digital economy is analyzed,and the results show that,digital economy has a positive poverty reduction effect,but there is heterogeneity.In contrast,the poverty reduction effect of digital economy is more obvious in the central and western regions,regions with higher development level of digital economy and regions with higher poverty level.The mechanism of digital economy to alleviate rural poverty is to improve residents'income and increase job opportunities.Finally,according to the research conclusions,the countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of system guarantee,digital infrastructure construction and science and technology supply.
