摘要
玉屏风散由防风、黄芪、白术组成,全方合用,外发表邪而内安脏腑,是益卫固表的经典方剂,具有免疫调节、抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤等作用。可用于汗证、感冒等肺系疾病、皮肤科疾病、过敏性疾病、五官科疾病等的治疗中。近年来,玉屏风散在延缓衰老方面的应用逐渐广泛。本文对玉屏风散的实验研究进行了总结梳理,针对衰老的中医基础理论以及玉屏风散在衰老及衰老相关疾病防治中的应用现状进行综述,以期为临床玉屏风散的应用提供借鉴和思路。
The Yupingfeng powder is composed of radix sileris,astragalus membranaceus and white atractylodes rhizome.All prescriptions are used together to release evil outside and calm the internal organs inside,is a classic prescription for Yiwei Gubiao.It has the effects of immune regulation,anti-inflammatory,bacteriostasis and anti-tumor.It can be used for the treatment of sweating disorder,cold and other pulmonary diseases,dermatological diseases,allergic diseases,facial features diseases and so on.In recent years,Yupingfeng powder has been widely used in delaying senility.This paper summarizes the experimental study of Yupingfeng powder,reviews the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine of senility and the application status of Yupingfeng powder in prevention and treatment of senility and senility related diseases,in order to provide reference and ideas for the clinical application of Yupingfeng powder.
