摘要
目的 探究精神分裂症护理中优质护理服务的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象是2018年3月至2019年3月在本院治疗的140例精神分裂症患者,以入院日期单双号为标准分组,对照组(70例)采用基础护理,研究组(70例)采用优质护理,分析两组的护理效果。结果 研究组攻击性、激活性、抑郁、偏执各指标评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能各指标评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组服药依从性较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于施以基础护理的对照组,采用优质护理的研究组患者对自身所接受护理服务的满意度更高,且组间对比结果存在较大差异性(P<0.05)。相较于施以基础护理的对照组,采用优质护理的研究组患者发生护理纠纷事件的概率更低,且组间对比结果存在较大差异性(P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者在护理过程中应用优质护理服务的效果良好,能有效改善患者的临床症状、生活质量、服药依从性。
Objective To explore the application efiect of high-quality nursing service in schizophrenia nursing. Methods A total of 140 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups according to the odd-even number of admission date. The control group(70 cases) received basic nursing, and the study group(70 cases) received high-quality nursing. The nursing efiect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The scores of aggression, activation, depression and paranoia in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difierences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of material life, social function, psychological function and physical function of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, and the difierences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group had higher medication compliance than the reference group, and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group with basic nursing, the patients in the study group with high-quality nursing had higher satisfaction with their own nursing services, and there were significant difierences between the groups(P<0.05). Compared with the control group with basic care, the study group with high-quality care had a lower probability of nursing disputes, and there were significant difierences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Schizophrenia patients in the nursing of high-quality nursing services has a good application efiect, can efiectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, quality of life, medication compliance.
