摘要
目的调查江西省心血管专科护士挑战性-障碍性压力与职业获益感的现状,并分析两者的关系。方法选取2015年和2016年取得江西省卫计委心血管专科护士培训结业证书的35名学员为调查对象,采用自制一般资料调查表、挑战性-障碍性压力源问卷和职业获益感问卷进行调查。结果35名心血管专科护士的挑战性压力源得分为(19.80±6.76)分,障碍性压力源得分(18.20±5.37)分,挑战性压力源得分高于障碍性压力源得分(P<0.05);职业获益感总分为(49.31±16.11)分。经Spearman相关性分析显示,挑战性压力与职业获益感呈正相关(r=0.573,P<0.01),障碍性压力与职业获益感呈负相关(r=-0.725,P<0.01)。结论江西省心血管专科护士挑战性压力大于障碍性压力,但其职业获益感处于低下水平,挑战性-障碍性压力是影响职业获益感的重要因素。正视挑战性压力的正向性和积极性,可提高临床专科护士的职业获益感。
Objective To investigate the status quo of challenge-hindrance stressor and perceived professional benefit of cardiovascular nurses in Jiangxi Province,and analyze the relationship between them.Methods 35 trainees who obtained the training completion certificate of cardiovascular specialist nurses from Jiangxi Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission in 2015 and 2016 were selected as the respondents.The self-made general information questionnaire,the challenge obstacle stressor questionnaire and the occupational benefit questionnaire were used for the investigation.Results 35 respondents,The average score of challenge stress was(19.80±6.76)points,the average score of obstacle stress was(18.20±5.37)points,the score of challenging stressors was higher than that of barrier stressors(P<0.05);and the average score of career benefit was(49.31±16.11)points.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between challenge stress and career benefit(r=0.573,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between obstacle stress and career benefit(r=-0.725,P<0.01).Conclusion The challenge pressure of cardiovascular nurses in Jiangxi Province is greater than the obstacle pressure,The professional benefit is in the low level,and the challenge barrier pressure is an important influencing factor of the professional benefit of cardiovascular specialist nurses in Jiangxi Province.We should face up to the positive and enthusiasm of the challenge pressure,so as to improve the professional benefit of clinical specialist nurses.
