摘要
通过试验得到在保持水泥浆体流动度相同前提下不同增稠剂的掺量,对比研究了不同增稠剂对混凝土抗压强度、塑性收缩和干燥收缩的影响。结果表明,掺加适量的增稠剂不会降低混凝土的抗压强度,能大幅减小混凝土的塑性收缩,掺温轮胶和黄原胶的混凝土塑性收缩比基准混凝土分别减小了约45%和60%,掺2种纤维素醚的混凝土塑性收缩比基准混凝土分别减小了约27%和11%。掺加不同增稠剂均能减小混凝土的干燥收缩,比基准混凝土减小了7%~15%。
Keeping the same fluidity of cement paste,the content of different thickeners was explored by experiments,and the effects of different thickeners on compressive strength,plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete were compared.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of thickener will not reduce the compressive strength of concrete,but can greatly reduce the plastic shrinkage of concrete.The plastic shrinkage of concrete mixed with welan gum and xanthan gum is about 45%and 60% lower than that of reference concrete respectively,and that of concrete mixed with two kinds of cellulose ethers is about 27% and 11% lower than that of reference concrete respectively.The addition of thickener can reduce the drying shrinkage of concrete by 7%~15% compared with the reference concrete.
