摘要
化学合成原料药加氢反应是一种常见的制药生产工艺,属于国家安监总局公布的首批重点监管的危险化工工艺。鉴于此工艺的特殊性和危险性,国家相关规范强制要求工程化过程中需设计较高的自动化控制程度。结合工程实践对化学合成原料药氢化反应自动化控制方案进行总结,从顺控、DCS联锁、SIS联锁3个方面指导自控专业人员从事自动化控制方案设计。
Hydrogenation reaction of chemical synthesis API is a common pharmaceutical production process,which belongs to the first batch of dangerous chemical process under key supervision published by the State Administration of Work Safety.The specification requires a high degree of automation control in engineering design.In this paper,the automatic control scheme of hydrogenation reaction of chemical synthesis API was summarized,and the automatic control scheme was designed from three aspects of sequential control,DCS and SIS interlocking.
