摘要
为全面了解河北自贸试验区企业总体情况,采用调查问卷的方式对河北自贸区企业进行了综合调研。从调研情况看,河北自贸试验区良好的营商环境和较好的产业政策成功吸引了投资者,投资者对自贸试验区营商环境满意度较高。但是河北自贸试验区建设中还存在投资主体不足、项目审批手续问题繁琐和融资难等问题。针对以上问题提出了精准招商、优化营商环境的对策建议。
In order to provide a comprehensive understanding of the overall situation of enterprises in the Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zone,the research group conducted a comprehensive survey on enterprises by means of questionnaires.The investigation shows that,the good business environment and better industrial policies in the Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zone have successfully attracted investors,and investors are highly satisfied with the business environment in the Pilot Free Trade Zone.However,there are still problems in the construction of the Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zone,such as insufficient investment subjects,cumbersome problems in project approval procedures and difficulties in financing.In response to the above problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for precise investment and optimization of business environment.
