摘要
目的探讨围手术期快速康复外科理念护理对食管癌患者治疗依从性、生存质量和术后并发症的影响。方法选取食管癌患者80例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组与观察组各40例。对照组接受围手术期常规护理,观察组接受围手术期快速康复外科理念护理,比较两组治疗依从性、生存质量与术后并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期快速康复外科理念护理的实施可提升食管癌患者的治疗依从性,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing on treatment compliance,quality of life and postoperative complications of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Eighty patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing and the observation group received perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing.The treatment compliance,quality of life and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing can improve the treatment compliance of patients with esophageal cancer,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
