雨刮系统布置策略

摘要 为了提高整车结构集成的布置效率,解决雨刮外露以及内后视镜罩盖过大等重难点问题,并缩短整车产品开发周期,提高新产品开发效率,论文通过将雨刮系统与法规要求、造型诉求、安全行人保护、前置摄像头等智驾模块以及感知质量等因素进行统筹考虑,得到了雨刮与周边零部件的设计经验值。经过多年的优化和实践验证,形成了雨刮布置的最优设计方案,并在多个项目中得以量产应用。论文形成的雨刮系统的布置策略解决了上车体布置的一大技术难题,为新的整车产品布置集成开发提供了借鉴和参考,提高了整车的结构集成度和布置效率。 In order to improve the package efficiency of vehicle structure integration, and solve the key and difficult problems such as exposed wiper and excessive cover of interior rearview mirror,shorten the vehicle product development cycle and improve the efficiency of new product development, we research on the layout strategy of wiper system and take wiper, regulatory requirements, styling features, pedestrian safety, front view camera and other intelligent driving modules as well as perception quality into overall consideration. This paper shares the design experience value of wiper and surrounding parts. After years of optimization and practical verification, the optimal design strategy of wiper system package has been formed and applied in many productions. The layout strategy of wiper system formed in this paper solves many hard technical problems of upper body package and improves the structural integration efficiency of vehicle integration.
